Akhilesh Yadav, the young chief minister of Uttar Pradesh has dedicated the budget 2016-17 to farmers and youth. This also reflects in his new schemes and policies. From launching Sewa Yojan, an online portal to help find employment in the state, to tripling the scholarship amount; a great deal has been done and more is underway. Another such scheme is the Samajwadi Yuva Swarojgar Yojna that helps the youth of the state to become better entrepreneurs.
For the business industry, the government will provide help of Rs. 25 lakhs and Rs. 10 lakhs or 25% of the total investment for the service industry.

Margin money will also be allotted by the government. For the business industry, the maximum limit will be Rs. 6.25 lakh and for the service industry the limit is Rs. 2.50 lakh.
