Schemes for Minorities

  • Protection of minorities and their religious freedom will be ensured.

  • Minorities will be benificiaries in all government schemes in proportion to their demographic representation.

  • For the youth of the minority sector, in the next five years at least 1 Lakh new small (micro/small/medium) business opportunities will be created.

  • Special career counselling sessions and training will be provided to minorities to create more jobs.

  • Education for Minorities will be promoted and help will be provided to beautify their designated universities and schools.

  • Minorities Financial Development Corporation will be strengthened and made more effective.

  • Minorities have unmatched skills and talent, which will be promoted and help will be provided to make it better. Special skill development centres will be made for the same.

  • ‘Padhe Betiya, Badhe Betiya’ scheme will be re-started for minorities.

  • Financially weak Minorities will be given E-Rickshaws for make them financially independent. Special reservations will be given for the same to the minorities.

  • Two room flats will be constructed and given to the minorities under ‘Asra Awaas Scheme’.

  • Mohammad Ali Jauhar University will have an international museum by the name of Jauhar and Gandhi.

  • Betterment of educational institutions made by the minorities, to improve education.

  • To remember the sacrifices of the freedom fighters of the minority sector, new statues will be constructed and existing statues of these freedom fighters will be beautified.

  • Any property of the Waqf Board that is occupied by any government office will be released, or proper rent would be provided to the board for the property.

  • Sunni-Shia Waqf Board will be made self-sufficient.

  • Urdu teachers and translators will continue to get significant amount of appointments.

  • Given the difficulties of pilgrims of Haj, a Haj house will be made in Varanasi.
